Christmas Gift Ideas in Music and Audiobooks

Funny Looking Angels: Smith and Burrows
Used With Permission - Orderly Fashion
The perfect Christmas antidote to X Factor Christmas Number Ones is Smith and Burrows collaboration "Funny Looking Angels".

Admittedly when this one landed on my review desk I was a bit apprehensive, Christmas albums tend to be a tiresome addition to Christmas these days, a basic retread of overheard Christmas songs and in recent years I've been more inclined to listen to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole and Dean Martin.

Anyhow, Smith and Burrows Christmas CD is definitely one to give a listen - not only is it fresh but its actually quite Christmas without the cheese..

Finally here's a review I wrote on some Christmas Children's books from last year which people have been reading again this year  and you might find useful!
